Judgment By the impugned proceedings, dated 15.04.2014, the request made by the petitioner for grant of patta was not entertained on the ground that there is serious dispute regarding title to the property and in spite of the respondent attempted to bring about settlement between the parties, so that the matter could be considered, did not fructify, since the parties were not in a mood to settle the matter. Therefore, the respondent rightly directed the party to approach the Civil Court and get the title dispute resolved. Hence, no ground is made out to grant the relief sought for and therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
