Judgment M. Jaichandren, J. 1. This writ petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the request of the petitioner for an 'One Time Settlement', as per the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.05.2013. 2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, either in person or through a Counsel. Heard Mr.N.Sundarajan, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent. 3. From the records available, it is noted that the request of the petitioner for an 'One Time Settlement', for the amount said to be due from him, made in his representation, dated 08.05.2013, had been rejected by the respondent bank, by its communication, dated 15.05.2013. Thereafter, the respondent bank had made a fresh proposal to the petitioner, by its communication, dated 23.05.2013. The petitioner having participated in the proceedings, relating to the proposal of the respondent bank, had not complied with the conditions imposed therein. 4. In such circumstances, the relief, as prayed for by the petitioner, cannot be granted, at this stage. 5. Hence, this writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed. No costs.
