Judgment : M. Jaichandren, J. 1. Heard Ms. Lakshmi Gopinathan, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr. A.K. Baskarapandian, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.R.Pandivel, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent. 2. This writ petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to enforce Section 14 of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, (hereinafter, referred to as 'SARFAESI Act') and to hand over the possession of the property viz., T.S.No.155, Door No.2, Maruthupandiyar Madathu East Street, Sivakasi Town and Taluk, Virudhunagar District (New DoorNo.5/2), to the petitioner, within the time limit specified by this Court. 3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent bank had submitted that the second respondent bank had already initiated the proceedings, under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act and therefore, no further orders are necessary from this Court, as prayed for by the petitioner. 4. The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, had not refuted the said submission made by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent bank. 5. In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary, this writ petition stands closed.
