Judgment : 1. The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents No.2 and 3 to remove the Electric Transformer located opposite to the petitioner's residence situated at Pudhukadu Observatory, Kodaikanal, Dindigul District and relocate the same in any other place within the stipulated time. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents by producing a copy of the proceedings, dated 17.09.2014, issued by the third respondent, submitted that after conducting a detailed enquiry with the people in the vicinity, the respondent corporation decided that the transformer is to be located in the place already selected. The said proceedings has also been communicated to the petitioner. 4. According to the petitioner, so far the proceedings dated 17.09.2014 has not been communicated to the petitioner. 5. In the light of the above submission, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents is directed to furnish a copy of the proceedings dated 17.09.2014 to the petitioner today itself. 6. In view of the proceedings issued by the third respondent in response to the objection raised by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the above said proceedings dated 17.09.2014. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
