Judgment 1. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the typed set of papers of this original petition to the effect that “As the first respondent has filed charge sheet, in this matter, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the petition without prejudice the averments and grounds taken in the petition.” 2. Recording the above said endorsement, the present Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
