Judgment 1. This petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to grant permission to conduct the "Agitation" on 27.07.2013 from 6.30 p.m., to 8.30 p.m., at Thiruvaiyaru Town, Opposite to Office of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Thiruvaiyaru, Thanjavur District, considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2013. 2. Since the date fixed for the agitation itself is over, nothing further survives for consideration in this Writ Petition and Writ Petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
