Judgment 1. The petitioner has sought for a direction upon the respondents 1 to 4 to immediately register a case under proper provision of law and take action against accused by considering his representation dated 19.07.2013. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. 3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that though initially a charge sheet was filed for the offence under Section 160 I.P.C., subsequently, on further investigation, the charge has been altered into one under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) I.P.C. and altered report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi. 4. In the light of the subsequent development, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition and hence, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
