Today when the matter is taken up, it is represented by the petitioner, who appeared in person that the order of this Court, dated 17.09.2013, made in W.P.(MD) No.14927of 2013, has been complied with and the petitioner has been reinstated in the service, after revoking the order of suspension. The said statement is recorded. 3. In view of the said statement, I do not propose to proceed further in this matter. Hence, this contempt petition is closed and the contemnor is discharged.
