Judgment : 1. This petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2013. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent. 3. According to the petitioner, a document has been registered in Document No.1680/1895 and the petitioner would state that such a document cannot be registered since the transaction is a fraudulent transaction. If that be the case, then the petitioner has to file a complaint by invoking Circular No.67 by which the first respondent has been empowered to enquire the fraudulent transaction or transaction made by impersonation. 4. In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum by invoking power conferred under Circular No.67 and the said forum is directed to consider the complaint after issuing notice to all the parties concerned. No costs.
