Judgment : 1. After making his submissions regarding the maintainability of the revision, finding it difficult to sustain his contention regarding the maintainability of the revision, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners submits that the revision case may be dismissed as withdrawn, without prejudice to his rights to canvass his case in W.P.(md).No.15531 of 2014, pending on the file of the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court and also with liberty to initiate further proceedings either by way of appeal or by way of Criminal Original Petition under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, according to the advice the petitioners may receive. 2. An endorsement to that effect has been made. Endorsement is recorded and the revision case is dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice and with liberty as indicated supra. Consequently, connected M.P.(md).No.1 of 2014 is also dismissed.
