2014-06-18

A.K.GOEL, A.K.RATH

body2014
ORDER (Dr. A.K. Rath, J.) In this appeal under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent, the appellant has challenged, inter alia, the order dated 06.05.2014 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No.21027 of 2013. In the writ petition, a prayer has been made to quash the notice dated 31.08.2013 directing the appellant to show-cause by 11.9.2013 as to why she will not be disengaged from the post of Anganwadi Worker in respect of Bahabalpur West-I Anganwadi Centre. Pursuant to issuance of notice respondent-opposite party no.5 filed a counter affidavit contending, inter alia, that by order dated 12.9.2013, the appellant had been disengaged from the post of Anganwadi Worker. Against the said order, appeal lies. In view of the same, we do not find any illegality in the order passed by the learned Single Judge warranting our interference. The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed.
