Judgment : Order: M. Jaichandren, J. 1. Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned. 2. It is found that, in the present Writ Petitions, an issue had arisen, relating to the action initiated by the respondent bank concerned, under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act'). 3. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent bank had submitted that the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.03.2013, would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent bank concerned, as no further orders are necessary, the Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs. Note:- Registry is directed to return the original impugned order to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on the Photostat copies of the impugned orders, being furnished to the Registry.
