Judgment 1. The petitioner contends that his property was sold by forged documents by one Pandi. In this regard, the petitioner gave a complaint and the same was registered in Crime No.12 of 2014, as per the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.1553 of 2014. Even after registration of the FIR, the said Pandi threatened the petitioner and again made a complaint on 26.04.2014. Since no action has been taken, the petitioner has come before this Court. 2. Heard Mr. F. Deepak the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. P. Kandasamy, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the State. 3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that enquiry is being conducted. 4. In view of that, the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry and to register the FIR, if cognizable offence is made out. 5. This Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
