The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that he is not pressing this Writ Petition, as the matter is pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is closed as not pressed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
