When the matter is taken-up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had already moved the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, seeking appropriate relief under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. As such, the present Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the same is closed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
