Judgment 1. The petitioner has given a complaint on 05.08.2014 against one Nagasundaram, who in turn already given a complaint against the petitioner on 30.07.2014. 2. Heard Mr.S.Muniyandi the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kandasamy, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the State. 3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that both the complaints have been received and simultaneously enquired into. 4. When two complaints are received, both have to be simultaneously enquired into and after enquiry, the FIR has to be registered in the appropriate case. The enquiry is directed to be concluded within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. This Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
