Judgment : 1. Though the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Pattukkottai, is directed to appear before this Court, the Additional Superintendent of Police is appeared before this Court. 2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for State would submit that FIR has been filed in Crime No.394 of 2014 on 23.09.2014 under Sections 363, 392 (NP) and 506(ii) IPC against one Vidyapathi and Pikka @ Prabhu and a copy of the said FIR has been produced before this Court. It is stated by the Inspector of Police that A1 is possessing the vehicle. 3. In view of that, the Inspector of Police is directed to seize the vehicle involved in the above matter within two weeks and deal with the matter in accordance with law. 4. Appearance of the ASP is dispensed with. 5. This Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
