Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that now, charge has been withdrawn by order dated 18.02.20111. Thus, according to him, the writ petition has become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected M.P. (md).No.1 of 2010 is closed. No costs.
