Judgment 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides. 2. The learned counsel appearing for both sides have assured that terms of compromise were entered into voluntarily, without any coercion or undue influence. 3. In proof of the fact that the case is settled out of compromised entered into outside the Court, the joint memo of compromise is filed. The suit in O.S.No.34 of 2010 is dismissed as settled out of Court. Consequently, EP proceedings and the Civil Revision Petition are closed. 4. The Court below is directed to refund half of the Court Fee. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
