Judgment: The limited relief claimed in this petition is to direct the respondents to decide the representation (Annexure P/4) made by the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner would be more than content if the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Bhopal is directed to consider the said representation expeditiously. 3. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.3-Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Bhopal to examine the representation (Annexure P/4) on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and take final decision thereon, in any case, before 31/5/2014 and communicate the decision so taken to the petitioner within the same time. 4. Petition disposed of, accordingly.
