Judgment 1. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondents 1 and 2 to the effect that Cheque No.203539 dated 31.01.2014 for Rs.25,87,500/- was issued to the Petitioner as per the communication of the First Respondent dated 31.01.2014 and that the Petitioner was required to acknowledge the receipt of the said cheque. Further, the Learned Counsel for the Respondents 1 and 2 has made an endorsement to the aforesaid effect in the relevant typedset of papers of the Writ Petition. 2. These facts are not disputed by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner. At this stage, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the typedset of papers of the Writ Petition to the fact that "he may be permitted to withdraw the Petition". 3. Recording the aforesaid facts, in the interest of justice, dismissed the Writ Petition as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
