Judgment : 1. The petitioner has come before this Court seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members without following the guidelines. 2. The petitioner claims that he got a power of attorney from one AL.AR.S.M. Narayanan Chettiyar, who is said to be the Zamin of Devakottai, with regard to the property of “Kuttaiyasamy Madam” which reads as follows: “TAMIL” 3. When that is the position, based on the complaint given by a third party, the petitioner is being harassed. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 4. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents. 5. A perusal of the deed of power of attorney said to have been obtained by the petitioner would show that it is a fabricated document, only for the purpose of land grabbing. No parent document has been produced before this Court to show that AL.AR.S.M Narayanan is any way connected with the property, i.e. 'Madam'. Since the property belongs to the 'Madam', the petitioner is trying to grab the properties. The petitioner has made an attempt to get an order from this Court with ulterior motive. The petitioner cannot avoid police enquiry and he has to submit the facts before the police during enquiry. In the guise of getting an order from this Court, the petitioner cannot prevent the police from conducting an enquiry. 6. In view of that, the prayer sought for by the petitioner is rejected. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
