Judgment : 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader representing on behalf of the respondents. 2. This Writ Petition is filed challenging the impugned memo issued by the third respondent for convening the meeting on 30.09.2014 at 11.30 a.m. Earlier, two Writ Petitions filed in this regard in W.P. (MD).No.15388 of 2014 and W.P.(MD).No.15702 of 2014. While the petitioner herein is the petitioner in W.P.(MD).No.15388 of 2014, he was heard as an intervener in W.P.(MD).No.15702 of 2014. The combined reading of the order made in both the Writ Petitions would reveal that the petitioner was given liberty to raise all his objections in the Meeting proposed to be convened on 30.09.2014, including against the validity of the proposed Meeting to be convened. The petitioner having raised his submission by way of writing, has also approached this Court, by way of this Writ Petition. 3. When the matter is taken up in the afternoon, the learned Additional Government Pleader, would submit that the Meeting is already convened today and concluded in the morning itself. 4. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with liberty given to the Writ Petitioner to challenge the outcome of the Meeting, in the manner known to law. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
