ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to delete the relief Nos. (ii) and (iii) from paragraph No.1 of the writ application in the course of the day with liberty to raise the said claims in appropriate proceedings, including a fresh writ petition, if so advised. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the warrant of arrest has been issued on 16.01.2014 in Certificate Case No.01 of 2010-11 against the petitioner without the objection filed by the petitioner under Section 9 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act having been first decided. 3. The writ application is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.4, Certificate Officer-cum-Sub-divisional Officer, Buxar to consider and dispose of the objection petition filed by the petitioner under Section 9 of the Act within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. 4. Until the disposal of the said objection petition, the warrant of arrest dated 16.01.2014 shall remain in abeyance and no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner. ?
