Judgment 1. Mr. T.S. Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice on behalf of Respondent. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government pleader appearing for the respondent. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.07.2012 and 20.08.2014 and to pass an order, within a time frame. 4. Considering the nature of the lis and the prayer now made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 30.07.2014 and 20.08.2014, on merits and in the manner known to law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
