Judgment : 1. When the matter came up for hearing, Mr. G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the contemnors produced a copy of the proceedings dated 01.10.2014 and submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. The contemnor also made his appearance before this Court. 2. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed. The presence of the contemnor is also dispensed with. No costs.
