JUDGMENT T. RAJA, J. 1. When the matter came up for hearing, Mr. S. Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the contemnors produced a copy of the proceedings dated 04.08.2014 and submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. 2. A perusal of the order also shows that the petitioner has also received a copy of the said proceedings. The second contemnor/the District Elementary Educational Officer also made his appearance before this Court. 3. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
