JUDGMENT The Learned counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the relevant typed-set of papers of the Writ Petition to the effect that "permit the Petitioner to withdraw the petition and liberty may be granted to approach the appropriate authority". Recording the aforesaid fact and endorsement so made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of her grievance in the manner known to law and in accordance with law. No costs.
