Judgment: The relief claimed in this petition, filed on 1/10/13, is to direct the respondents to accommodate the petitioner against the vacancy created due to admission of candidates in All India Quota seats in other States. 2. That process has already been completed as per the extant regulations. 3. Nothing more can be done in this petition. Moreover, no direction can be issued by the Court to admit any student after the cut off date specified by the Apex Court in the case of Mridul Dhar (Minor) and Another v. Union of India and Others (2005) 2 SCC 65 . 4. Hence dismissed.
