The learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter dated 07.10.2014 addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), Madurai Bench of Madras High Court) inter alia stating that 'Now the property was surveyed and the four boundaries were fixed by the respondent' and has sought permission from this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. 3. Recording the aforesaid fact, the Writ Petition(MD).No.15558 of 2014 is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
