The learned counsel for the petitioner has addressed a letter to the Registry dated 26.09.2014 praying for posting of the Writ Petition for withdrawal before this Court. In view of the fact that the petitioner counsel has given a letter dated 26.09.2014 for withdrawal of present W.P.(MD).No.11450 of 2013, this Court grants permission to the petitioner to withdraw the present Writ Petition and accordingly, the W.P.(MD).No.11450 of 2013 is dismissed as withdrawn.
