ORDER 1. The learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter to the Registry dated 19.12.2014 to the effect that W.P.Nos.12792 and 12793 of 2011 have become infructuous and therefore sought permission of this Court to withdraw the said cases. 2. In view of the fact that the aforesaid Writ Petitions have become infructuous and also the learned counsel for the petitioner making an endorsement to that effect in the typed set of papers in W.P.No.12792 of 2011 and recording the said fact, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
