Judgment 1. It is brought to the Notice of this Court on behalf of the Respondents 1 to 4 by the Learned Government Advocate to the effect that the Petitioner's representation, dated 17.03.2014 has been complied with in terms of the orders passed by this Court dated 29.04.2014 in W.P.(MD) No.7541 of 2014. 2. As a matter of fact, according to the Respondents, the Survey No.53/7, New Sub-Division No.53/463 at 42 Tirukanoopatti Village, Thanjavur Circle, was measured on 05.09.2014 and the Petitioner was shown the measurement. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Contempt Petition. 3. Recording the submission made by the Learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 to R4 to the effect that the order of this Court dated 29.04.2014 in W.P.(MD)No.7541 of 2014 was complied with, the present Contempt Petition is closed.
