Judgment 1. The petitioner appeared in person. The petitioner has filed the present writ of mandamus praying for passing of an order by this Court directing the respondents to cancel the defective patta in S.No.140/1A to the extent of 5 acres 80 cents to restore the original entry of the patta to him, based on his representations dated 04.02.2012 and 25.08.2014 respectively. 2. At this stage, the learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 3. Taking note of the fact that the petitioner had submitted his representations dated 04.02.2012 and 25.08.2014, wherein, he has sought for cancellation of unlawful patta and for removal of encroachments and for handing over their lands to him, this Court, on the basis of Equity, Fair Play and Good Conscience and even as a matter of Prudence, directs the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 04.02.2012 and 25.08.2014 in the manner known to law and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. The petitioner is also directed to furnish a copy of the representations dated 04.02.2012 and 25.08.2014 before the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After receipt of the copies of the said representations, the respondents are directed to take a call in the matter within a time as stated supra by this Court, by affording adequate/necessary opportunities to the petitioner, by adhering to the principles of natural justice. 5. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
