JUDGMENT Manoj Misra, J. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Government Order dated 27 October 2014, which provides for hot cooked food under the mid-day meal scheme, is not being properly implemented. 2. According to the petitioner, if the terms of the said Government Order are construed, it is clear that meals would have to be cooked at the Anganwadi Centres for which a provision for the transfer of funds is envisaged. However, it has been submitted that this is not being implemented in District Gonda in respect of the Blocks in question. 3. We are of the view that it would be appropriate if the fifth respondent, who is the District Programme Officer, Child Development, Vikas Bhawan, Gonda is directed to take an appropriate view, in consultation with the District Magistrate, having due regard to the terms which have been specified in the Government Order dated 27 October 2014. For this purpose, we permit the petitioner to move the fifth respondent with a representation setting out the grievances which can also be appropriately looked into. 4. We direct that the fourth and fifth respondents may complete this exercise within a period of one month of the receipt of a certified copy of this order, so that the object and purpose of the Government Order is fulfilled in letter and spirit for the beneficiaries involved. 5. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
