JUDGMENT : 1. The matters were mentioned before Hon'ble Justice Kurian Joseph for correction in the order dated 4/3/2014 passed by the Bench comprising of Hon'ble Justice H.L. Gokhale and His Lordship. 2. The words Joint Director (Customs), Department of Revenue and Finance in line 8 of para 12, be substituted and read as "Joint Secretary(Customs), Department of Revenue and Finance.
