JUDGMENT M. VENUGOPAL, J. 1. According to the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the Petitioner has made a representation dated 28/5/2012 addressed to the Second Respondent/Tahsildar, Tiruverambur, Trichy, whereby and whereunder, he has sought for change of Patta/ issuance of Patta in his name in as much as he has purchased the property in question by means of two sale deeds dated 22/1/2007 and 15/3/2007 respectively. Again, the Petitioner gave a reminder on 7/12/2012 to the Second Respondent/Tahsildar, Tiruverambur, Trichy. Till date, the representations of the Petitioner have not been considered by the authorities concerned and as such, the Petitioner is very much inconvinced leaving him to file the present Writ Petition. 2. Since the Petitioner has given a representation on 28/5/2012 and a reminder on 7/12/2012, at this stage, this Court in furtherance of substantial cause of Justice, directs the Petitioner to furnish true/attested copy of the representation and a reminder dated 7/12/2012 to the Respondents and further, this Court to prevent any further loss of time, directs the Petitioner to submit a fresh representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order (addressed to the Second Respondent, seeking for the issuance of patta). Soon after the receipt of a copy of the fresh representation, the Respondents especially the Second Respondent is directed to consider the same, in a fair, just and objective manner and that too in a dispassionate fashion and to dispose of the same in accordance with Law and in the manner known to Law (of course, after providing enough/adequate opportunities to the parties concerned by scrupulously following the principles of natural Justice. 3. In view of the fact that the Petitioner in the present Writ Petition is seeking only a limited/restricted remedy, viz. passing of an order by this Court in directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to consider his representation dated 28/5/2012 and a reminder dated 7/12/2012 in regard to the issuance of patta or change of patta in his name, in terms of the necessary ingredients of the Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act, 1983 and the Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Rules, 1987 within a period of four weeks thereafter. 4.

It is open to the Petitioner to furnish xerox copies of sale deeds/title deeds in his favour to the Second Respondent and the Second Respondent, (who is to consider the Petitioner's request for issuance of patta) is to look into the same and to pass just and appropriate orders. 5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
