Judgment: He seeks leave to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file fresh independent appeals against the common judgment dated 24.01.2014 passed in two separate cases namely HMA Case No.240-A/2011 and HMA Case No.33-A/2013. 2. With the aforesaid liberty, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 3. The certified copy of the impugned judgment be returned to the counsel for the respondent on filing attested true copy of the same.
