JUDGMENT T. RAJA, J. 1. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the order passed by this Court in W.P. No. 4482 of 2012 giving a direction to the third respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner in the light of the order passed by this Court in K.R. Shanthi vs. Secretary to Government, W.P. No. 21170 of 2012, dated 01.10.2012, has been duly complied with by the respondent by giving a finding that the petitioner does not possess the required qualification for the post of Physiotherapist, namely a degree in Physiotherapy. Further, it has been found that there is no reservation for Ex-Servicemen for the Group B post. 2. When the petitioner's claim has been complied with as rightly indicated by the learned Government Advocate, this contempt petition is dismissed.
