JUDGMENT M. VENUGOPAL, J. 1. Heard Mr. N. Madhava Govindan, the Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. K. Mahesh Raja, the Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents. 2. The Petitioner seeks limited relief in the Writ Petition viz. for passing an order by this Court in directing the Respondents to cancel the defective Patta in Survey Nos. 140/1-A-21, 140/1-A-26 and 140/1-A-27 and to restore the Patta to the Petitioner, based on her representation, dated 08.09.2014. 3. The main grievance of the Petitioner is that she gave a representation in writing on 08.09.2014, before the 1st Respondent the District Collector, Sivagangai District (on the Grievance Day) but, the said representation is not yet disposed off, as on date. 4. In view of the fact that the Petitioner has sought for a relief from this Court for passing of an order by this Court in directing the Respondents to consider her representation, dated 08.09.2014, this Court as a Equitable relief and also in the Interest of Justice, Fair Play, Good Conscious, directs the Respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 08.09.2014, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the Respondents shall provide necessary opportunity to the Petitioner by adhering to the principles of natural justice, at the time of disposal of her Representation, dated 08.09.2014. 5. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
