Judgment : 1. Mr. M. Raja Rajan, the Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent brings it to the notice of this Court that the order passed by this Court, dated 10.01.2014 in W.P.(MD) No.584 of 2014, has been complied with by the Respondent / District Revenue Officer, Theni, through proceedings in Ref.Na.Ka.No.6982/2012/D4, dated 09.10.2014. In the said order, it is made clear that if the Petitioner is aggrieved against the order so passed by the Respondent, then it is open to him to approach the civil Court and to seek redressal of his grievance. 2. In view of the fact that the Respondent has complied with the order of this Court, dated 10.01.2014 made in W.P.(MD)No.584 of 2014, this Court comes to an inevitable conclusion that nothing survives for adjudication. Viewed in that perspective, the Contempt Petition is closed.
