body2014
Mr. K.C. Puri, J.: (Oral) – Kala Singh alias Parminder Singh has applied for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 102 dated 23.09.2013 under Sections 324/341/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 326 IPC (added later on) registered at Police Station Sadar Mansa. 2. As per allegations of prosecution, the petitioner gave injuries with gandasa which hit on the three fingers of the left hand of complainant due to which his three fingers were chopped. 3. However, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on 10.09.2013 i.e few days prior to the present occurrence, the petitioner received an injury on his right arm which was declared grevious in nature and as such, he was not in a position to cause injuries to the complainant. 4. Learned State counsel is fair enough to concede that petitioner received injuries on his right arm in another occurrence. 5. So, without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition stands allowed. Petitioner Kala Singh alias Parminder Singh is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court.
