Judgment : 1. The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement on the typed set of papers in the writ petition to the effect that the “petitioner is withdrawing the writ petition” 2. Recording the said fact and the endorsement so made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD).No.1 of 2014 is also dismissed. No costs.
