JUDGMENT S. VIMALA, J. 1. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
