Judgment : 1. This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents Nos.1 to 3 to take appropriate action as against the respondents No.4 to 6 in accordance with law by way of holding an enquiry in pursuance to the petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2014 and register an F.I.R. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has given a complaint against the respondents 4 to 6 by complaint dated 28.04.2014 and since it has not been registered, the petitioner has come before this Court seeking a direction to register the complaint. 3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side). 4. In the presence of the petitioner, since enquiry was conducted and complaint was closed on 03.08.2014, it is always open to the petitioner to work out his remedy for appropriate relief before the appropriate forum. 5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
