Judgment : 1. Today, the Contempt Petition (MD) No.1297 of 2014 has come up for hearing in the morning session, notice was issued to the Respondents returnable by 6/11/2014. 2. Subsequently, in the afternoon, M.P.(MD) Nos.4 and 5 of 2014 in W.P.(MD) No.5136 of 2014 came up for hearing before this Court and ultimately, necessary orders were passed in the said Miscellaneous Petitions. 3. Pursuant to the said orders passed by this Court in M.P.(MD) Nos.4 and 5 of 2014 in W.P. (MD) No.5136 of 2014, this Court comes to an inevitable conclusion that nothing survives for adjudication in Contempt Petition (MD) No.1297 of 2014. At this stage, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the Contempt Petition that the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Petitions in view of the orders passed in M.P.(MD) Nos.4 and 5 of 2014 in W.P.(MD) No.5136 of 2014 dated 16/10/2014. 4. Recording the endorsement made by the Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Contempt Petition (MD) No.1297 of 2014 together with the Sub-Application (MD) No.181 of 2014 are dismissed. No costs.
