Judgment : 1. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner. 2. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that FIR has been registered in Cr.No.10 of 2013 on 13.07.2014 under Sections 498-A and 406 of I.P.C and the petitioner is shown as first accused. 3. In view of that, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Court for appropriate relief.
