Judgment : 1. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners contending that they are harassed by the respondent police in the name of enquiry. 2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side). 3. If the petitioners are required for enquiry, the respondent police are directed to follow the guidelines issued by the Honourable Supreme Court in D.K. Basu vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR 1997 SC 610 . 4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
