Judgment : 1. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
