JUDGMENT N. KIRUBAKARAN, J. 1. The petitioner in this Criminal Original Petition seeks a direction to the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.06.2014. 2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side). 3. On a perusal of the complaint it is seen that the entire cause of action has taken place in Chennai. 4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is not maintainable at this Bench. Hence, the same is dismissed.
